Problem Solved

Finding the best adhesive involved hours of research.

We had 3 main objectives:

______________________________

REPOSITIONABLE

Stick and re-stick, over and over again, without compromising its original strength

STRONG HOLD

Feel permanent on your wall, leaving you confident it will hold for a long time

PREVENT PEELING PAINT

Find the perfect balance between the following conditions:

  1. Sticky enough to not fall off the wall
  2. Not too sticky resulting in paint peeling off the wall
  3. Sticky enough to be repositioned many times

______________________________

We spoke with over a dozen manufacturers

Upon learning of our requirements, many felt they could not create a suitable solution. Ultimately, we designed a variety of custom samples and proceeded to perform tests for an extended period of time. Eventually, after numerous tests, all of the adhesives failed to meet our high expectations...except one.

The winner

It was the "last adhesive standing". It felt strong, even after being repositioned multiple times. Many felt like the adhesive was going to peel paint off the wall...but it didn't happenWe love our adhesive so much, that we got it custom-cut to include with every package we send out.

We hope you love it!

Now...reality check. We can't guarantee that it will function the exact same for every person. High levels of humidity decrease the effectiveness of any adhesive. Consider using thumbtacks if the level of humidity in your home is high. Do not place it over previously patched holes in the wall, as this adhesive has the strength to remove the patch job. Other factors such as paint age & quality play a role in adhesive effectiveness. Especially important is proper installation practices; ensuring that you press each adhesive firmly for 15-20 seconds.

You have options

Consider mounting Photo Tracks with thumbtacks if your wall isn't suitable for the included adhesive. Each track is designed with four thumbtack holes to assist in the mounting process.
